FYR Denver is a local chapter of a national nonprofit seeking to provide at-risk youth with fitness, nutrition, and mentorship. We launched in May of 2015, serving youth in Denver who otherwise would not have the opportunity to participate in highly structured functional fitness on a regular basis. Along the way, we engaged a community of like minded adults who volunteer and fundraise to support these student athletes. We pride ourselves on the quality of relationships that grow out of our program. It is these connections that build resilience and empower FYR Denver athletes to handle the stressors in their life.
